Pat Kitterick serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of SET. He worked for 43 years as a primary teacher and in the Department of Education & Skills Inspectorate, retiring as Assistant Chief Inspector. Between 2012 and 2015 he was Interim Chief Executive Officer of the former National Educational Welfare Board and subsequently Interim Director of Educational Welfare Services in the new Child and Family Agency Tusla.

Mr Tom Sheridan, Executive Officer was appointed in October 2016.
Tom is an experienced secondary school Principal in Ireland and has also worked in the Middle East for a number of years with both Primary and Secondary schools. In Nigeria he has been employed as an educational consultant, helping to establish a number of new schools.
Mr. Ronan Barry was appointed to the position of Spiritan Identity, Faith and Mission Officer in June 2015.
As a member of the Spiritan Education Trust Executive team, he engages with the Spiritan Province in the development of the Spiritan identity through their mission at home and abroad. His works within the Trust also includes collaborative engagement with the Pastoral Care Team (RE teachers, Chaplains, and others) in the support of and the development of capacity within the Spiritan School network for Faith development programmes and the delivery of Spiritan Identity and Mission programmes.
Ronan previously worked in the areas of Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care within Spiritan schools. He had many years of experience working with Education and Mission through his work as the National coordinator of the Mission Alive programme located in the Irish Missionary Union offices, now the Association of Missionaries and Religious in Ireland.
Mr Thomas Jackson is a Certified Public Accountant and was appointed to the position of Company Secretary /Finance Officer of the Spiritan Education Trust in February 2016.
Tom has over forty years experience working in management and control of finance, property and facilities, human resources and company secretarial
Sheila started off her working career in London working in numerous 5 star hotels before returning to Dublin. Before joining The Spiritan Education Trust Sheila worked in one of Dublin’s top law firms as a legal secretary for 14 years.
